Brand

| Once your images are edited you will be emailed a unique gallery link and PIN code for your included image/video downloads

| Turn around time will vary with each specific session based on complexity of image edits & image amounts. Most sessions are about 3-4 weeks.

| The number of images you receive in your viewing gallery and number of included image downloads is viewable in our Services Menu

| Yes! You are able to purchase quality prints directly through your gallery link. We use WHCC Printing to ensure the best color and quality!

| Although hair and make up is not included in the session or session price, we have an incredible group of HMUA's that we can book for your shoot day!

| We DO NOT cover permit fees or handle applying for permits. We will definitely let you know if you need to get one for your preferred shoot location!

| We will do our best to reschedule either earlier or later that day if weather permits, or we will schedule for as soon as possible after weather clears!

| 10 min phone consultations are available by request.

| If there is a service provider error, that causes us to not be able to perform your session, a refund will be given to you minus the cost of any perishable items we purchased for the session. Our full policy can be viewed on our TERMS page.
