BOOKING & SCHEDULING
TO BOOK:
Simply txt or email me with what session you are wanting to book and your preferred date range. I will then shoot you back some possible dates for you to choose from.
​
Once the session date is decided, I will send you the contract and booking link where you can pay your retainer fee.
​
Retainer fee and contract is due within 48 hours to reserve your session date. This protects me from people blocking the time without commitment.

​SCHEDULING:
| In-Studio sessions are scheduled on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at GudTimes Studios in El Cajon, Ca.
​
| On location sessions, such as Media Days and Life Sessions are scheduled on Saturdays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
payments & REtainers
| ALL retainers are due within 48 hours of booking and all applicable contract signing.
​
| Remaining balance of payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled session date.
​
| ALL retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are able to reschedule your session without incurring a fee as long as it is withing the Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines below.
Cancellations & REscheduling
| You are allowed 2 reschedules per session and must be requested a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of original session date. Sessions must be rebooked for within 3 months of original session date.
​
| For event rescheduling you are allowed 1 reschedule.
​
| If you decide you are going to cancel your session ALL retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This ensures my clients are serious and committed and also protects my time being reserved from other paying clients.
